This shorter elopement experience is ideal for couples who want to keep things simple — exchanging vows and having a day set aside to be fully present together, with their story thoughtfully documented.

This experience works beautifully in meaningful, accessible locations that allow the focus to stay on connection rather than movement. A favorite option is The Troutdale House by the Sandy River, where you can host a quiet ceremony and take portraits throughout the grounds and along the river without ever needing to leave the property.

Other great fits & ideas for this shorter experience include:

McMenamins locations that offer smaller ceremony options (typically under 30 guests) and naturally lend themselves to shorter coverage.
